So-Cal Turkey Burgers


6 Butterball Turkey Burgers

6 buns, toasted

1 1/2 cups pico de gallo

1 1/2 cups alfalfa sprouts

6 slices Havarti cheese

1/4 cup pickled jalapenos

1 avocado, sliced


1 cup ketchup

1 cup mayo

2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder


  1. Using your Ninja Woodfire Grill, grill your Butterball Turkey Burgers for 7-9 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165˚F/73˚C. Place the cheese on the burgers for the last few minutes of cooking to melt.
  2. While your burgers cook, prepare the sauce by whisking together the ketchup, mayo, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder – then spread liberally on the tops and bottoms of each toasted bun. Add the sprouts, followed by the turkey burger with cheese, then the pico de gallo, pickled jalapenos, and lastly the sliced avocado. Top off and enjoy!
