Spinach & Artichoke Dip


1.5 tbsp butter

6 oz cream cheese cut into cubes

3 tbsp mayo

¼ cup artichokes

2 cups fresh chopped spinach

2 cloves of minced garlic

2-3 tsp green part of scallions (green onion)

1 tsp chili flakes

Grated cheese – I used a mix of mozzarella and parmesan- about ½ cup



1  Melt the butter on medium heat in your Ninja NeverStick pan and saute the garlic, scallions and chili flakes

2  Add the spinach and cook until wilted

3  Mix in the cream cheese to melt

4  Stir in the mayo, milk, pepper, and 2 tbsp of the cheese

5  Turn the heat off and gently mix in the artichokes and adjust seasoning

6  Top with the remaining cheese and broil for 3-4 minutes until gorgeously golden

7  Dig in with your favourite cracker, baguette, or chips!
