Mango Cardamom Ice Cream


2-3 Ripe Alphonso Mangoes

1/2 Cup of Cream

1/3 Sweetened Condensed Milk

1/4 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder

Splash of Rose Water

Chopped Pistachios for garnishing


  1. Mix together in a separate bowl and add into the Ninja CREAMi™ container and freeze for a minimum of 24 hours before making the ice-cream.
  2. Select ‘Ice Cream’ mode on the Ninja CREAMi™ and watch magic happen.
