Jay’s Curry Sausage & Rice in 15 Minutes


1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

4 sausages, diced (or protein of choice)

2 tsp paprika

3 tsp curry powder

2 tsp garlic powder

1 red pepper, diced

2 carrots, diced

1 cup water

1 cup rice, soaked for about 30 minutes, then, drained. Repeat until the rice is no longer cloudy.



1  Sear the butter, fresh ginger, & spices on high for about 1 minute.

2  Stir & then add in the rest of the ingredients.

3  Use the ‘high pressure’ function for 7 minutes.

4  Select ‘quick release’, fluff the rice & enjoy!
