Sweet N’ Spicy Salmon with Sesame Roasted Broccoli and Heirloom Carrots

Sweet N’ Spicy “Soy” Glaze:

 

Ingredients

2 TBSP coconut sauce

1 TBSP organic liquid honey

1 large clove garlic, minced

1 Bird’s Eye Chili, finely chopped

2 tsp ginger, minced or grated

 

Directions

1 Add all ingredients to the same bowl & whisk to combine. Set aside.

 

Salmon with Sesame Roasted Broccoli and Heirloom Carrots:

 

Ingredients

2 7oz. Salmon fillets

1 small bunch of heirloom carrots, halved

1/2 head of broccoli florets

1 TBSP sesame oil

Kosher salt & cracked black pepper

 

Directions

1  Toss broccoli & heirloom carrots in sesame oil & season with S & P.

2  Place salmon fillets and veg on the Ninja Foodi 8-in-1 Digital Air Fry Oven sheet pan & preheat oven to 400F on “Air Roast”. Set cook time for 18 minutes.

3  Halfway through cook time, brush salmon fillets with the sweet n’ spicy glaze.

4  The Ninja Foodi 8-in-1 Digital Air Fry Oven will beep when cook time ends and food is ready. Plate and ENJOY!
